Climb Aboard The Inspection BUS
       Let's go Inspecting!
Becoming A Home Inspector

This is not your ordinary home inspection training. Our training has been developed by a real estate inspector for home inspectors. We will cover all aspects of the Home Inspection Business. We include the types of business you want to start i.e., Sole proprietor, LLC or S-Corporation. You will receive free 1400 pages of reference material for home inspection help and you receive a free one-year membership to NACHI-the largest home inspection association in the world. See NACHI.ORG for more information.

Anyone can call themselves a home inspector, but learning the trade from the ground up is insuring your success. We will teach you how to perform the home inspection in a systematic professional manner that keeps you on track, limits your liability, and gives your client the kind of inspection they deserve.

After receiving training you will confidently be able to perform a home inspection, communicate your findings to your client, using language they understand, collect your fee and be on your way to your next inspection. We will cover what you need, to protect yourself and your business, through the use of a limited liability contract that you have your client sign on every inspection. You will become a member of the National Home Inspection Training Institute, which entitles you to use forms you will receive as part of the training. You will receive our Inspection Report, our Promissory Note, our Contract, and many other items for FREE. You will ride in the  "Inspection Bus" to where we will perform two real house inspections as part of the training.  The 1400 page manual is free for attending the class. Most other schools will charge as much as $500 for their books of information--you will get free, as part of our training. Our manual covers every facet of the inspection including foundations, how they are built and how they fail and why they fail. It will have pictures and illustrations on all aspects of the inspection from roofs, appliances, foundations, siding, plumbing and electrical. All are fully illustrated. Instruction is up-to-date state of the art  projection on large wall screen in full color. We have DVD Movies on new construction and what to look for in inspection of new contruction properties.

Class size is limited to 12, so you will receive individualized attention on any item you need help on. After the training if you run into a situation that seems different and you need help, Larry is only a phone call away and will help you to analyze the situation and offer help on how to report it on the Home Inspection report.
We want our inspectors to be a highly regarded and promote professionalism in the Home Inspection Industry. The person who does a 45 minute inspection and says he is a professional, is very suspect of the kind of inspection he is performing. The average inspection time for a 2000 Square foot house is 3 hours.

We also look forward to Realtors, Appraisers and other professionals such as Insurance Adjusters, and agents coming through our training. We give group discounts of three or more and we give all NACHI members a 25% discount on the training fees.
We also give Internet discounts for anyone who mentions they found us on-line.

This is, simply stated, the best Home Inspection training being offered anywhere. Our home inspection training is held on a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so you only have to take one work day off to attend. The classes are 3-twelve hour days, with a open-book take home test--you can take back and answer in the comfort of your own home, for your certification..

Special schedules can be arranged for Brokers, Realtors, and Insurance Professionals.
