WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE FROM THE NATIONAL HOME INSPECTOR TRAINING INSTITUTE:
You will become a Certified Home Inspector upon completion of the course. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 students, so you receive personalized instruction. You receive everything needed to start your own home inspection business.
Home Inspection Training Class is held over 3 days, if you work, you only have to take off one working day. Our classes are Saturday, Sunday and Monday for Home Inspection training. This is three 12 hour days, with a take home open book test of about 4 hours for your Home Inspector Certification. You will receive 40 hours of CE credits from InterNACHI. Upon completion you will be a certified home inspector.
