Our training consist of class room training and at least 2 in-the-field home inspections to prepare you for your new career as a Home Inspector. In addition to the training you will become a Certified Inspector, receive a free one-year membership in The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors or NACHI. We will prepare you for the inspection business and you will be trained by a Certified Master Inspector who has years of experience as a home inspector. This is trining you will be able to use daily in your new and exciting field of home inspection. You will recieve a take home binder with a wealth of information on all the components of the home inspection business. The Instructor is Larry Sparks of Sparks Certified Inspections, Inc. Larry has 10 years experience as a Certified Master Inspector. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration graduating Summa Cum Laude from Park University. In addition to his inspection experience, Larry has been a contractor in building, remodeling, plumbing, electrical in both residential and commercial and he is a independent insurance adjuster. His wealth of knowledge will be shared with all of his students and he makes himself available when you run into a situation where you need his help. He is only a phone call away. He also worked as a Director in Marketing and advertising in the Corporate world for 20 years.

Classes are forming now! There is no better training anywhere. When you enroll an up front fee of $75 will be charged and this will be deducted from the total when you attend the class.
